Rust India Conference 2026 — A Recap

On Saturday, April 18, 2026, the Rust India community gathered at the NIMHANS Convention Center in Bengaluru for the first Rust India Conference. The day opened with a keynote from Niko Matsakis on the future of Rust, followed by community talks on async systems, embedded development, streaming, and safer API design — and a full day of workshops the day before.
